Local Elections Matter

Glendora Forward believes voters should have opportunities to hear directly from the candidates themselves.

Glendora Forward invited every candidate running for Glendora City Council and the Glendora Unified School District Board of Education to answer a short set of questions about the issues, priorities, and responsibilities of the office they are seeking.

Candidates in each race received the same questions, the same deadline, and the same opportunity to participate. Responses were due the week before the Chamber of Commerce candidate forums, and reminder messages were sent before the deadline.

We appreciate the candidates who took the time to complete our questionnaire. We did not receive responses from District 4 City Council candidates Ralph Munoz and Lindsey Morgan or District 1 City Council candidate Michael Allawos.

The responses are presented unedited and in the order received. We have also included each candidate photograph that was provided to us. We encourage you to read the responses, learn more about the candidates, and conduct your own research.

Strong communities depend on informed and engaged residents. Looking beyond lawn signs, campaign mailers, social media posts, and familiar names can help each of us identify the candidates whose values, priorities, and policy positions most closely reflect our own.

Whether you vote, volunteer, attend public meetings, contribute to a campaign, or simply stay informed, your participation helps shape Glendora’s future. Local decisions affect all of us.
