Glendora Forward Announces
Our Endorsements

The people we elect locally make decisions that touch our lives every day. They help determine how we care for our neighborhoods, support our schools, spend public dollars, and plan for Glendora’s future.

Glendora Forward is proud to endorse:

• Karen Davis for reelection to Glendora City Council, District 4

• Monica Garcia for reelection to Glendora Unified School District, Trustee Area 2

• Teri Merrick for Glendora City Council, District 1

Our support comes back to what we want for our community: a Glendora where people feel welcome, have opportunities to be heard, and can count on leaders to consider the needs of all residents. We believe Karen, Monica, and Teri share those values and will help put them into practice.

These roles come with difficult decisions. We need leaders who do their homework, listen to people with different experiences, and work through disagreements with care and respect. We also need leaders who explain their decisions and remain accountable to the community.

We encourage you to get to know the candidates. Read their questionnaire responses on our website, learn about their priorities, and ask questions. Consider what they have done, what they hope to accomplish, and how they would approach the responsibilities of the office.

Our work to build a more inclusive and engaged Glendora continues beyond Election Day. Choosing the people who will represent us is one meaningful way to take part. We hope you’ll join us in learning, participating, and voting.
